Marchesini Group S.p.A. sell "Blister Thermoforming - MB Series"

Machines designed to form blisters in PVC/ALU, and, with the right configuration, to process alternative forming/lidding materials such as ALU/ALU, polypropylene, PET, PVC with Aclar®, or COC. They mold cavities into the forming material, feed products of varying shapes - capsules, tablets, oblongs, and more - into the cavities, seal the lid material, and discharge finished blisters onto the outfeed conveyor. Key features include cGMP-compliant design, manufacturing, and ergonomics; a balcony layout for easier access, maintenance, and cleaning; an operator working area kept separate from the rear-mounted mechanics; oil-bath mechanical movements for efficiency and lower maintenance; intermittent motion for blister forming, coding, and cutting paired with continuous motion for product loading and lid sealing; and separation between the product loading area and the lidding/sealing area.
