Founded in 1990 and renamed Hebei Chengxin Co., Ltd. in 1994, the company began international business in 1997 and has grown into a diversified group manufacturing sodium cyanide, fine chemicals, and other antibiotics, with subsidiaries including Jackchem (2001), Hebei Shanli (2005), Chengxin Skytop and Guangan Chengxin (2007), and Hebei Bawei (2008).
