Assistant Profferssor

I am a pharmacy academician and pharmaceutical industry professional with over 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 3 years of teaching experience. I hold an M.Pharm. degree and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. and an MBA. I am an approved faculty member affiliated with Shivaji University. My expertise includes pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, GMP compliance, pharmaceutical technology, and pharmacy education. Throughout my professional career, I have developed strong industry-academia collaborations and actively contribute to skill development, research, and training initiatives for pharmacy students. I have secured two Indian patents related to pharmaceutical processes and one UK-granted design patent, reflecting my commitment to innovation and intellectual property development. I have also facilitated industry collaboration that enabled the establishment of a pilot plant facility at Sarojini College through the procurement of pharmaceutical equipment valued at approximately ₹50 lakh from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, significantly enhancing practical training and research capabilities. My research interests include novel drug delivery systems, nanotechnology-based drug delivery, pharmaceutical formulations, herbal therapeutics, quality systems, and translational pharmaceutical research. I am dedicated to advancing pharmacy education, fostering innovation, and strengthening industry-academia partnerships through research, teaching, and professional engagement.
