Associate Professor

Hello, I'm Dipali Babaso Thaware, a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of pharmacology. My career objective is to be part of a progressive organization where I can apply my knowledge and skills, contributing to a dynamic team that drives organizational growth and success. I have over 2 years and 10 months of professional experience in academia. I began my career as a Lecturer at Navsahyadri College of Pharmacy, Naigaon Nasarpur, Pune, where I worked from September 2018 to January 2021. During my tenure of 2 years and 4 months, I delivered lectures and practical sessions, helping students gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmacological principles. Following this, I served as a Lecturer at Bhalchandra College of Pharmacy, Khanapur, from February 2021 to July 2021, where I continued to enhance my teaching skills and contributed to the academic excellence of the institution for 6 months. My academic journey has been equally rewarding. I hold a Master of Pharmacy (Pharmacology) degree from YSPM’s Yashoda Technical Campus, FOP Satara, Kolhapur, graduating in 2018 with First Class honors (65.55%). I also earned my Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the same institution in 2016, achieving First Class honors (62.15%). Additionally, I completed my Diploma of Pharmacy from the College of Pharmacy, Paniv, in 2013 with First Class honors (62.40%). My early education includes passing 12th grade from SMP- English School, Akluj, under the Pune Board in 2011 with Second Class (45.33%), and 10th grade from Jijamata Kanya Prashala, Akluj, under the Pune Board in 2009 with Second Class (56.61%). I am proficient in various computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. My personal skills include leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently both in teams and individually. I am known for my smart working, positive thinking, and cooperative nature. I have also been actively involved in extracurricular activities, such as training at Meditab Company, Satara, and participating in state-level poster presentations, seminars on pharmacovigilance, and model presentations at YSPM’s Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara. I am committed to education and professional development, and I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of any organization I am part of.
