With over 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical academia, Dr. Janugade has contributed significantly to education and research. He began his career as an Assistant Professor at Shree Santkrupa College of Pharmacy, Ghogaon, where he served diligently for 14.6 years (2008–2023). His dedication and expertise led him to his current role as an Associate Professor at Jaywant Institute of Pharmacy, Vathar, under Krishna Foundation, where he continues to mentor future pharmacists. An actively engaged in academic development, he has participated in over 30 national and international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. His contributions include keynote speeches and training sessions on pharmaceutical product development, quality by design (QbD), drug regulatory affairs, and innovative drug delivery systems. Dr. Janugade has made substantial contributions to pharmaceutical research, particularly in drug delivery systems. His work has been published in various national and international journals, covering topics such as: Pulsatile Drug Delivery Systems Bioadhesive Chronomodulated Drug Delivery Systems Nanoparticle and Nanofiber-Based Drug Delivery Technology Transfer in the Pharmaceutical Industry His research publications in reputed journals include: "Formulation and Evaluation of Bioadhesive Pulsatile Drug Delivery System of an Antihypertensive Drug" (International Journal of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, 2024). "Formulation, In-vitro and In-vivo Evaluation of Chronology-Based Mucoadhesive Drug Delivery System of an Antihypertensive Drug" (International Journal of Drug Delivery Technology, 2024). Additionally, he has co-authored a book titled "Laboratory Manual of Pharmaceutical Engineering" and has presented numerous oral and poster presentations at national and international conferences. Patents and Innovations Dr. Janugade holds two design patents showcasing his innovative approach to pharmaceutical sciences: Indian Design Patent: Device for Developing Nanofibres (2023). UK Design Patent: Apparatus for Synthesis of Nanoparticles (2024).
