I am a dedicated and ambitious registered pharmacist from Sierra Leone, committed to advancing public health, pharmaceutical research, and healthcare system strengthening. I am licensed by the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone (Registration No. 563) and holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS), University of Sierra Leone, where I graduated as the Best Student in Pharmacology. Currently, I serve as a Data Analytics Assistant at the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services, Ministry of Health, where I supports the Monitoring and Evaluation team in data analysis, proposal writing, and the management of data collection platforms. I am also a Superintendent Pharmacist at CM Pharmaceuticals and a Pharmacist at Kamex Pharmaceuticals, providing professional leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting safe and efficient pharmaceutical practices. In addition, I contribute to national immunisation efforts as a Pharmacist with the Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI), overseeing vaccine logistics, data management, adverse event monitoring and research. My professional experience extends to research coordination, data collection, and public health surveillance. I have participated in multiple national and international public health programs, including measles, rubella, malaria, polio, and Mpox vaccination campaigns, as well as projects on medicine accessibility, antimicrobial resistance, and teenage pregnancy prevention. I have authored and co-authored several scientific papers, including studies on malaria vaccine rollout and polio outbreak response in Sierra Leone, with additional manuscripts under peer review. I am passionate advocate for pharmaceutical education and youth leadership, I have held numerous leadership positions, including Secretary General of the National Association of Pharmaceutical Students – Sierra Leone (NAPS-SL) and Chief Editor of the 12th African Pharmaceutical Symposium Newsletter. I also served as Documentation and Registration Coordinator for the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation’s African Pharmaceutical Symposium, fostering scientific exchange and professional collaboration among young pharmacists across the continent. Beyond my professional roles, I am known for my analytical skills in SPSS, Excel, Kobocollect Toolbox and GIS applications, and my proficiency in research design, manuscript development, and digital literacy training. I am a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Sierra Leone and the Young Pharmacists Group, with an unwavering commitment to excellence, ethics, and continuous professional development. Fluent in English and Krio, I balances my professional life with personal interests in writing, music, football, and branding. my long-term vision is to contribute to evidence-based policy, strengthen pharmaceutical systems, and enhance access to quality medicines and vaccines in Sierra Leone and beyond.
