Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1988), a master's degree in Biological Sciences (Genetics) from the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto (1993), and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002). Experience in the field of Pharmacy, with a focus on Industrial Pharmacy. Worked as a professor at the University of Marília from 1992 to 2009, where they were responsible for setting up the Pharmaceutical Laboratory. Led the development of the allopathic medication line and the pharmaceutical section of the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory at the University of Marília. From 1994 to 2009, served as the General Manager of the Industrial Sector at the University of Marília. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Industrial Pharmacy course at the university. Additionally, played a key role in the restructuring of the Medicinal Plants Garden, Professor Dr. Silvio José Sarti, in Marília. From 2001 to 2009, served as the coordinator of the Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Biochemical Pharmacy, and Biomedicine courses at the University of Marília. Received 21 honors for their work. As a professor, taught courses in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutics, Technology of Phytotherapeutics and Phytocosmetics, and Cosmetics Technology. Also served as a member of the organizing committee for scientific events on 18 occasions. Supervised approximately 50 monographs and have published research papers in journals, conferences, and symposiums in the field. Taught in postgraduate courses in Magistral Pharmacy and Cosmetology at UNIPAR (Umuarama campus) and UNOEST (Presidente Prudente). From 2014 to 2017, served as the Administrative Director of the Local Productive Arrangement of Health Industries in Ribeirão Preto and Region. Currently, hold the position of Director of Research and Development at Folha Nativa Cosmetics Industry. Member of the Municipal Health Council of Jardinópolis (SP) since 2011 and currently hold the position of Vice President. They are also the Coordinator of the project titled "Structuring the Living Pharmacy in the Unified Health System (SUS) of the Municipality of Jardinópolis (SP): a partnership between the Jardinópolis Health Department, Ribeirão Preto University, and the Ministry of Health." Since January 2, 2021, have been serving as the Secretary of Health for the municipality of Jardinópolis. Also a faculty member of the Clinical Phytotherapy Continuing Education Course at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto (USP) since 2021. Additionally, serve as a regional representative on the Council of Municipal Health Secretaries of the state of São Paulo (COSEMS) since 2022.
