I design, implement, and evaluate AMS and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) programs, supported by extensive research in paediatric oncology. II. I lead professional development initiatives through the Tanzanite Haematology/Oncology Pharmacy Elites (THOPE) and international mentorship programs with CPA and St. Jude. II. I specialise in curriculum development, staff training, and institutional capacity building. e. International Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Engagement I. I actively participate in global networks like WHO TAG-AWaRe, SIOP, CPA, and St. Jude, facilitating partnerships that align local healthcare initiatives with international standards. f. Research, Advocacy & Scientific Communication I. I have published in leading journals, including BMJ Open and the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice, II. I frequently present at major conferences such as SIOP Africa and the World One Health Congress. g. Health Systems Strengthening & Strategic Consultancy I. I assess oncology pharmacy services, conduct AMR/AMU surveillance, and improve hospital pharmaceutical systems. II. My strategic insights enhance clinical governance and patient safety. h.
