Developed ICMR approved COVID-19 diagnostic kits collaboration with Indian Institutes of Technology, Guwahati, as a national initiative at the start-up at Atal incubation center-Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology. Over 20 years of industrial experiences in drug discovery and production. Specialized in the area drug discovery and contract research handled a number of projects for a variety of clients. Involved in the development of 5-6 drug candidate in the area of diabetes and cancer those are now at different phases of clinical trials. Provided biology support to identify 5 PCCs for US based big-pharma in the area of cancer and urology. Instrumental in setting up a discovery lead contract research facility integrated with focus project management component and sound technical operations. In production : responsible for implementation, adherence, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving upstream (on animal and bleeding), downstream (production) and formulation operations as per WHO GMP as well as related analytical in-process and release testing starting from antigen preparation to the formulated bulk of existing anti venom immunoglobulin. Experience in positioning the scientific knowhow or product and services to the client based on market intelligence and research. Expert in organizing and planning of internal research service-mix align with buying pattern of client.
