I am Manthan D Janodia, Professor and Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Management, IIHMR University, Jaipur, India. I have completed my PhD in the field of Intellectual Property Rights from Manipal University and the title of my PhD thesis is "Implications of Patents on Indian Pharmaceutical Sector in post TRIPs era: A comprehensive study". I did my M Pharm from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and specialized in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Currently I teach Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, Intellectual Property Rights and Regulatory Affairs to Undergraduate and Post Graduate students of Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Marketing. My research area include Pharmaceutical Marketing; Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Transfer; Use of Social Media in Pharma industry, Customer Relationship Management
