Experience in conducting PK/PD studies with excellent knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamic concepts as I studied multiple PK courses through my BS, and MS,, besides my experience in teaching PK courses to undergraduate students for more than 5 years. Hands on expertise in analytical techniques such as UV spectrophotometer, and UPLC, Experience in designing and running clinical trials as I ran small clinical trial during my master to assess the PK parameters and bioavailability of my optimized formulations of In situ gel liquid suppository compared with conventional suppository and commercially available capsule. Also, I ran a small clinical trial to assess the PK parameters, bioavailability, and Brain target parameter of my optimized formulations of levofloxacin/ doxycycline-SLN HPMC gel formulae compared to drug solution. I also applied mathematical modeling to select formulae parameters and to choose the optimized formula by using the Design-Expert software package. Multi-year of research has focused on colon, skin, and nasal drug delivery. Research has provided pivotal information in understanding biological barriers characteristics and strategies to deliver drugs through these barriers. Key research expertise areas include nanotechnology, active and passive target, Colon, and transdermal drug delivery. Professional Training includes Permeation studies, Chromatography, and In vivo studies.
