I am at the moment in my last year of PhD in Management and Education in Healthcare in Paris American International University (PAIU), France. I’ve obtained AdvanceHE Fellowship (UK), after completing PGCertHE (UK), then Postgraduate Research Fellowship in NHS, England (February 2025), before that I completed Undergrad Certificate in Epidemiology (USA) and Bioinformatics (SLK), prior to that MBA in Healthcare (UK). I also have TEFL, Level 3 Diploma training in 2021 from the UK to teach English as a Second Language, and my previous degrees were B.Pharm(Honours) and M.Pharm, both from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Have around 29 years of experience of both local, national and multinational in the Pharmacy profession, especially in Management, Supervisory role, Training and Leadership, Pharmaceutical Industry (Production & QC), Feasibility Studies, Community Pharmacy, Prison Pharmacy, Drug design and development, Ministry of Defence (MOD), UK Pharmacy setting (UK ,Germany, The Falkland Islands) and Ministry of Justice (UK) Pharmacy service for inmates, Clinical Trials, HIV Medication, Clozapine medication and protocol, Pirfenidone medication and protocol, NHS setting (inpatient and outpatient), Medicine Management and Clinical Screening, Clinical Trials, Aseptic compounding unit, Smoking Cessation Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Distribution and Procurements etc. As an extended experience, I have 9 years international experience of English Teaching as a Second Language for adult students and worked for 7 years as a Registered Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia and 4 years in Bangladesh. I am a Harvard University verified Educator and have also completed Postgraduate Research Fellowship in February 2025 in NHS, England on Health Systems and Healthcare delivery where I completed modules like NHS England Operations, Health Policy Implementations, Statistical Data Analysis, Evidence Based Practice in Healthcare, Health Economics in Decision Making, Public Health Strategies, Digital Health Technologies, Quality Improvement in Healthcare, Collaborative Healthcare . My current role is a Lecturer in Health and Social Science, where I teach from Level 3 to Level 6 in a local college of London. My first Research paper is in the press, and I applied for the Copyright in February 2025 and I am working on my next Research paper as well. In the meantime, I worked as a Supervisor for Dissertation/Masters students and have wider experiences of qualitative and quantitative research in the UK.
