Head of clinical pharmacy unit

For more than ten years, I have been working as a critical care pharmacist in intensive care settings. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in providing direct patient care, as well as developing a deep understanding of the appropriate use of pharmaceutical therapies -specifically antibiotics- and rational use of medications along with their safety protocols. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to the development of a clinical pharmacy department at a well-regarded tertiary care hospital. This has involved establishing a pharmacy and therapeutics committee, as well as an antimicrobial stewardship committee. Additionally, I have provided training and internship opportunities to Pharm. D. students at my organization. My experience has helped me to develop strong interpersonal, management, and leadership skills. I have learned how to build solid relationships with healthcare professionals from all areas of the field. Over the years, I have also participated in several clinical trials, some of which have been published in respected peer-reviewed journals. This has given me knowledge of the statistical computing software used in these trials.
