Sandesh Saraf – Pharmacy Researcher, Healthcare Innovator, Entrepreneur, and Founder of LabKind ERP Sandesh Saraf is an emerging pharmacy researcher, healthcare innovator, entrepreneur, and student leader from Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Pharmacy, a constituent college of Teerthanker Mahaveer University. With a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare technology, research, innovation management, and digital transformation, he is actively working toward integrating technology-driven solutions into the healthcare and education sectors. Born and raised in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Sandesh completed his matriculation and intermediate education from Shree Parasnath Jain Gurukul. His academic journey has been marked by excellence in research, leadership, entrepreneurship, and extracurricular engagement. Alongside his pharmaceutical studies, he serves as the NSS Student Coordinator at TMU and actively contributes to the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and student development initiatives. He is also a former National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadet, where he developed discipline, teamwork, leadership, and community service skills. Sandesh is the Founder of LabKind ERP, an innovative laboratory and educational management platform designed to streamline laboratory operations, academic workflows, inventory management, compliance tracking, and institutional record-keeping. Through LabKind ERP, he aims to contribute to the digital transformation of educational institutions, research laboratories, healthcare organizations, and pharmaceutical establishments by providing efficient and technology-enabled management solutions. His growing reputation in pharmaceutical research has been recognized through multiple national and international achievements. He received the First Runner-Up Award in Oral Presentation at the 2nd PharmaInnovate Summit 2025, hosted by Galgotias University, for presenting innovative pharmaceutical research. He further secured the Second Prize in Oral Presentation at SIPCON 2025, organized by Siddharth Institute of Pharmacy, demonstrating his capabilities in scientific communication, pharmaceutical innovation, and research dissemination. His academic and competitive accomplishments include: Third Prize in the National-Level Infographic Competition organized by SCRMP Bihar Chapter (2025). First Prize in Lean Canvas Business Presentation based on the healthcare platform 1mg. First Prize in E-Poster Presentation on E-Waste Management and Environmental Sustainability. First Prize in Drug Booth Competition organized on National Pharmacist Day. Second Prize in Debate Competition on “Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy.” Second Prize in Library Selfie Competition. Awarded the prestigious title of Mr. Fresher 2023–24 at Teerthanker Mahaveer University. His areas of interest include Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Drug Delivery Systems, Healthcare Technology, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Entrepreneurship, Digital Health Solutions, Innovation Management, Public Speaking, Scientific Communication, and Healthcare Startups. He also actively pursues creative interests such as debating, guitar, singing, acting, and theatrical performance, reflecting a balanced blend of scientific aptitude, creativity, and leadership.
