With its acquisition of the GSK Mississauga site, Bora Pharmaceuticals has expanded to a third facility offering greater capabilities in oral solid dosage, sachets, liquids (solutions, suspensions, nasal sprays), and semi-solids (creams, ointments, gels, paste). The highly automated Mississauga site improves cost-effectiveness while strictly following Bora's Quality Management System and current Good Manufacturing Practice. Capabilities include semi-solids (creams and gels) in aluminum and laminate tubes, solvent handling, potent compounds, hormones and steroids, formulation, process and analytical development, fully serialized packaging, and stability testing and storage.
