Angelo State University

American public university in San Angelo, Texas, founded in 1928 as San Angelo College and a member of the Texas Tech University System. Runs a College of Health and Human Services with the Department of Nursing, physical therapy and health science professions and a College of Science and Engineering with biology, chemistry and biochemistry, and its Management, Instruction and Research Center supports animal science and agriculture, with pre-pharmacy and pre-medical preparation and biomedical research.
