European arm of CUNO Incorporated, an American maker of filtration products for the separation, clarification and purification of liquids and gases, with plants and sales offices in Europe. Supplied filter cartridges, housings and membrane systems to pharmaceutical, food, drink, electronics and industrial customers, and became part of 3M's filtration business after the 2005 acquisition.
