South Korean private university founded in Seoul in 1947 and now based on two campuses, at Jukjeon in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, and at Cheonan in South Chungcheong Province. Runs colleges of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, health sciences, bioconvergence, natural sciences and engineering with its own university hospitals at Cheonan and Jukjeon, and its College of Pharmacy teaches the pharmacy degree with research in pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and biopharmaceuticals.
