British early phase clinical research organisation in north west London, founded in 1988 and long known as Hammersmith Medicines Research, acquired by the Australian group Nucleus Network in 2021 and now operating as its London site. Runs a purpose built clinical pharmacology unit with inpatient beds for first in human and phase one and two studies in healthy volunteers and patients, covering single and multiple ascending dose, food effect, drug interaction and bioequivalence work, with its own laboratory and pharmacy and a large volunteer panel.
