American arm of Shanghai Henlius Biotech, a Chinese biopharmaceutical company founded in 2010 and listed in Hong Kong, part of the Fosun group. Supports the company's development and commercial work outside China on monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars, including its trastuzumab and rituximab biosimilars and its own antibodies in oncology, and manages clinical trials and regulatory submissions in the United States.
