Liver disease research unit of Inserm and Université Paris-Saclay, created in 2015 and enlarged in 2020, working on two sites: the hepato-biliary centre of the Paul Brousse hospital at Villejuif and the Moissan building at Orsay. Studies how liver disease develops and how to treat it, from liver transplantation and fulminant hepatitis to fibrosis and primary liver cancer, and works with clinicians on cell therapy and candidate treatments.
