Russian drug development company group in Tomsk headed by Innovative Pharmacology Research LLC, founded in 2004 and led by the pharmacologist Veniamin Khazanov. Added to the Russian health ministry's list of organisations conducting preclinical trials in 2009 and a Skolkovo project participant from 2012 within the pharmaceutics, medical technology and information technology cluster, it comprises a research and development centre for preclinical and clinical trials, a licensed medicines manufacturing site and eighteen spin-off companies running patented drug development projects, with services spanning synthesis, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical development, registration and pharmacovigilance.
