Kothari medical centre

Indian private multi-speciality hospital on Alipore Road in Kolkata, West Bengal, founded by the philanthropist G. D. Kothari whose centre for gastroenterology opened in 1971, now a ten storey air conditioned hospital with about three hundred and sixty beds. Provides cardiology, gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery, oncology and cancer surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, nephrology, orthopaedics, paediatrics and critical care with a twenty four hour emergency department, and runs its own hospital pharmacy and diagnostic laboratories.
