Lagos State Government

State government of Lagos in south west Nigeria with its seat at Ikeja, the government of the country's largest urban state. Runs the state ministry of health with the general hospitals, the Lagos State University teaching hospital and primary health centres, the health service commission and primary health care board, procures and distributes medicines to public facilities, licenses and inspects private hospitals, clinics and pharmacies through its health facility monitoring agency, and runs health insurance, emergency services and public health programmes.
