American pharmaceutical company at Durham in North Carolina, founded in 2006 and listed on Nasdaq, which developed medicines based on its own nitric oxide releasing platform. Worked on berdazimer gel for molluscum contagiosum, which reached approval as Zelsuvmi, together with programmes in acne, warts and antiviral and anti-infective dermatology, and after entering bankruptcy in 2023 its assets and lead product passed on and now sit with Pelthos Therapeutics.
