Dutch cooperative of independent pharmacometrics consultancies based at Amstelveen in the Netherlands, which brings together member companies across Europe to provide model based drug development services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Its members carry out population pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modelling, physiologically based pharmacokinetics, exposure response and disease modelling, clinical trial simulation and regulatory support, and the cooperative also develops modelling tools and runs training.
