Third State Central Hospital

Mongolian public tertiary hospital in Bayangol district of Ulaanbaatar, opened in 1954 and also known as the Shastin Central Hospital, with about three hundred and fifty beds. Provides general medical and surgical care with cardiology and cardiac surgery, where paediatric cardiac surgery in the country began in 2005, together with neurology and neurosurgery, oncology, intensive care and emergency services, and runs its own clinical laboratories, imaging services and hospital pharmacy with teaching and international clinical collaborations.
