Spanish private university founded in Pamplona, Navarre in 1952 by Josemaría Escrivá and run by Opus Dei, with campuses in Pamplona, San Sebastián and Madrid. Teaches and researches across medicine, pharmacy and nutrition, science, engineering, economics, law, communication, philosophy and theology, and its School of Pharmacy and Nutrition together with the Centre for Applied Medical Research and the university clinic form a substantial biomedical research base.
