Universidad Simón Bolivar

Venezuelan public university at Sartenejas in Baruta near Caracas with a second campus at Camurí Grande, founded in 1967 and one of the country's leading science and engineering universities. Teaches chemistry, biology, materials and chemical engineering, electronics and computing and a well known biomedical engineering group, and carries out research in polymer and materials science, process engineering, biotechnology and medical instrumentation through its own laboratories and institutes.
