Vall d'Hebron Research Institute

Spanish biomedical research institute on the Vall d'Hebron campus in Barcelona, the research arm of the Vall d'Hebron university hospital, accredited by the Carlos III health institute and linked to the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Carries out basic, translational and clinical research in oncology, infectious disease, neurosciences, rare and paediatric disease, immunology and cardiovascular medicine, runs a clinical trials unit with a phase one service, and operates core facilities in genomics, proteomics, imaging and a biobank.
