Beauty company formed in 2021 when the Wella, Clairol, OPI and ghd businesses were separated from Coty and sold to the investment firm KKR, with offices in Geneva and long standing operations at Darmstadt in Germany where Wella was founded in 1880. Makes and sells professional and retail hair colour, care and styling products, nail care and styling tools, and runs its own research and development and product safety laboratories for formulation, toxicological assessment and claims testing.
