Uses its own peptide chemistry platform to design analogues of gut and metabolic hormones, with dasiglucagon approved for severe hypoglycaemia, glepaglutide for short bowel syndrome, the amylin analogue petrelintide and the glucagon and GLP-1 co-agonist survodutide partnered with Boehringer Ingelheim for obesity, and it licenses programmes to larger pharmaceutical companies.
