A review of data submitted to the National Assembly Health and Welfare Committee by Representative Seo Mi-hwa (Democratic Party) indicates that 18% of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s websites and mobile applications have not obtained web‑mobile accessibility certification. As of August 2026, the Ministry and its affiliated agencies have 153 websites and 24 mobile apps under the certification program, totaling 177 services. Of these, 146 services (82%) have received certification, while 31 services (18%) remain uncertified. The Ministry reported that among the 24 mobile apps, 23 have already been certified.
