Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturer founded in 1982 in Binhu district, Wuxi, Jiangsu as China's first Sino-Swedish pharmaceutical joint venture, with 27.9 million US dollars of registered capital. Since 1999 it has been owned 51 percent by Fresenius Kabi of Germany and 49 percent by China National Pharmaceutical Group. Develops, manufactures, sells, imports and exports enteral and parenteral nutrition preparations and infusion products to European and American quality standards, holding EU GMP certification for many years. It made China's first infusion product export to Europe in 2001 and by the end of 2022 had registered products in more than forty countries and exported to over twenty markets including France, Sweden, Germany and Australia.
