岗位职责：
1. 根据公司年度经营目标，制定公司产品的推广策略、营销方案与计划；
2. 分析市场竞品，挖掘产品潜力，打造品牌影响力；
3. 负责搭建团队，制定团队销售策略与激励政策；4. 与销售团队共同开发与维护客户，提升公司产品市场占有率及竞争力；
5. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 有全国市场推广操盘经验, 有连锁药店的关键客户资源；
2 有终端市场销售团队的搭建、管理能力以及良好的团队激励能力；
3. 有敏锐的洞察力、强大的感染力，良好的市场策略规划能力,良好的沟通协调能力, 抗压能力、执行力强；
4. 医学、药学、市场营销等相关专业优先。
5. 能够适应全国出差。
