Bachelor of Education degree in Food and Nutrition, Master of Philosophy in Food processing and post-harvest technology and Doctor of Philosophy in Food Toxicology. My research interests are mainly in Food safety quality assurance, Food safety risk assessment, Food Toxicity, Shelf-life studies and Sensory evaluation of processed foods.
