As a Research Expert in Drug Discovery at KU Leuven’s Laboratory of Clinical Microbiology, I am committed to advancing the development of novel antimicrobial therapies for difficult-to-treat infections. My work focuses on drug discovery, antimicrobial resistance, and (pre)clinical pharmacology, with particular interest in mycobacterial diseases (NTM, TB), Gram-negative bacterial infections, and leishmaniasis.
