I am a highly motivated scientist capable of working across different areas, including Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Biochemistry. In particular, I have experience in designing and executing challenging projects focused on organic synthesis (carbohydrates, peptides and heterocycles) involving different biological targets (enzymes and protein-protein interactions). More recently, I have been interested in applying chemoenzymatic synthesis to develop new carbohydrate-based probes and materials. I strive to grow professionally and realise my potential, as a scientist and as a manager.
