The Certa Plus process pump, developed by MasoSine, applies sinusoidal pumping technology to meet a broad range of pharmaceutical industry applications, offering high suction capacity for viscous fluids, low shear, and virtually zero pulsation without the need for ancillary dampeners, while using up to 50% less power than lobe or circumferential piston pumps. Its hygienic, easy-to-clean design is EHEDG Type EL Class I and EL Aseptic Class I certified, with exposed fluid-contact parts in electropolished 1.4435 stainless steel meeting current FDA and USP Class VI requirements, and offers modular seal options including single, flushed, and double mechanical seals.
