Dr. Sell is the Payer Account Medical Lead for national employer customers. She has worked for Pfizer for 17 years in various roles within Medical Affairs. She develops the medical strategy for engagement with employer thought leaders, provides clinical education, and conducts real world clinical research and pharmaco-economic analyses to improve quality of care. Dr. Sell obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Purdue University. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy. She completed two post-doctorate residencies, the first in Pharmacy Practice at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, IL and the second in Drug Policy and Medication Use Systems Management at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison Wisconsin. Following her residency training, Dr. Sell was the Clinical Coordinator of Pharmacy at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago where she served as the Pharmacy Residency Program Director. She later became the Director of Clinical Consulting with a group purchasing organization for integrated delivery networks. She has held Affiliate Professor of Pharmacy positions at the University of Florida and Purdue University.
