Dr. Manasa Deepa R, a highly skilful professor with over 21 years of teaching experience in the field of Pharmacy education and research. Her interest in research areas are Nano-Bio and molecular based material sciences and its applications in the development of novel drug delivery systems; Pharmacokinetics based Simulation& Modelling; mucoadhesive drug delivery systems, thin film drug delivery. She is having active association with various interdisciplinary academicians and societies in the country. She is a life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association, Karnataka State Pharmacy Council, and Indian Solidarity Council. She has received several awards “National Mahila Ratan Gold medal” from Indian Institution of Education Management at New Delhi. “Rashtriya Vidya Gaurav Puraskar” award from Indian Solidarity Council at New Delhi, for her outstanding contribution in the field of education and profession in pharmacy. She has extended her contribution as evaluator for P.G & doctoral studies in various universities, as a resource person and National Advisory Committee Member during National and International Conferences.
