I am a passionate researcher with a growing research focus on computational drug discovery and cancer research. I am currently working as a Research Assistant at The Red-Green Research Centre, contributing to projects involving molecular docking, peptide design, quantum-based drug design, and molecular dynamics simulation.
My scientific interests span the overlap of chemical biology, biochemistry, and computational modeling to explore complex biological systems and support new treatment strategies. I am particularly fascinated by protein–peptide interactions, peptide-based drug design, and structural biology approaches that help illuminate molecular behavior. My research experience includes gene expression analysis, enrichment analysis, protein–protein interaction networks, ADMET prediction, various molecular docking methods, and MD simulation with trajectory analysis.
I have co-authored two peer-reviewed studies on mental health and research literacy published in Q1 journals, and several of my computational drug discovery projects are currently under review. I was a finalist in the Second National Biology and Bioinformatics Olympiad (2024). I also mentors aspiring researchers and have conducted free workshops on fundamental research skills and molecular docking at my university. Motivated by my experience with cancer patients during my internship at BIRDEM General Hospital, i aspires to contribute to the development of effective anticancer therapeutics by integrating experimental and computational approaches.
