Resumen profesional
I am a computational cancer researcher focused on developing knowledge-driven and multi-modal AI methods to study tumor–immune interactions. I received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, followed by a PhD in Electronic Information from Zhejiang University, where I was trained at the interface of computational science and biomedical research. My doctoral work was conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Tingjun Hou, Dr. Shibo He, and Dr. Chang-Yu Hsieh, integrating algorithm development with biomedical applications. In November 2024, I joined Dr. Ken Chen’s lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a postdoctoral researcher. My current research integrates single-cell transcriptomics, TCR sequencing, genomics, and spatial data to build interpretable and transferable models for tumor-reactive T cell identification and precision immuno-oncology.
