Resumen profesional
I am Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
By training in engineering physics, photonics, and biomedical engineering fields, I specialize in medical optics. I am passionate about developing optics instruments and methodologies to monitor blood flow and hemodynamic parameters of biological tissue for clinical applications.
My research is focused on optics techniques, such as time- domain diffuse correlation spectroscopy (TD-DCS), time-domain near-infrared spectroscopy (TD-NIRS), and interferometric Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (iNIRS), for non-invasive blood flow and hemodynamic monitoring in human tissue using near-infrared light. As a result, I am well-trained to develop hardware, algorithms, data analysis tools, and perform laboratory/clinical measurements.
Additionally, I have been involved in several projects in Europe and Canada, funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie ITN program and the National Science Center (NCN) of Poland. I gained valuable experiences in write grant proposals and manage research projects as a principal investigator by involving in different projects.
My research findings have been published in peer-reviewed publications and presented at various conferences.
