Resumen profesional
Worked on several nano drug delivery systems for insoluble drugs at Peking University Health Science Center, North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Purdue University. Studied the nanoparticle behavior in vitro and in vivo by conventional cell culture experiments, fluorescent tags, fixed structure, and living cells laser confocal microscopy characterization, TEM, and SEM analysis. Independently set up a cell experimental platform to build tumor cell models for studying the cellular uptake mechanism of nanocrystalline drug delivery systems. Studied the in vivo behavior of the nanocrystalline system through confocal, flow cytometry, 3D cell culture, and IVIS imaging of small animals.
Familiar with dossier preparation for IND application; Capable of independently undertaking and leading 505(b) (2) projects from initiation to development, including communication with preclinical, clinical, manufacturing, IP, and marketing team; Direct formulation R&D activities for various drug delivery systems and dosage form preparation; Undertake research, project approval, and development of multiple improved pharmaceutical preparations for product life cycle management; Guarantee process robustness and drug product quality through innovative and scientific experimental design.
