CEA Paris-Saclay

Research centre of the French atomic energy and alternative energies commission at Saclay and Gif-sur-Yvette south of Paris, opened in 1952 and one of the largest research sites in Europe. Works on nuclear science and energy, materials and nanoscience, climate and environment and on life sciences, including protein research, medical imaging tracers, radiochemistry and structural biology, and runs large instruments and platforms with universities and companies.
