Panamanian campus of Florida State University at the City of Knowledge in the former Canal Zone near Panama City, opened in 1957 and the university's oldest international campus. Teaches American accredited bachelor programmes in computer science, environmental science and studies, biology and psychology, international affairs and business, allows students to transfer to the main Tallahassee campus, and runs laboratory teaching and research projects in tropical biology and environmental science with local partners.
