Iranian private university campus in central Tehran, one of the largest branches of the Islamic Azad University, founded in the nineteen eighties and teaching at several sites across the city. Runs faculties of science with chemistry, biology and physics, engineering with chemical, polymer, industrial and biomedical engineering, psychology and social sciences, art and architecture and management, and carries out research in applied and analytical chemistry, polymer and materials science, biotechnology and biomedical engineering with its own laboratories.
