Saudi teaching hospital in Riyadh, opened in 1982 as the main hospital of King Saud University and now part of King Saud University Medical City, with capacity raised to around twelve hundred beds after its expansion in 2016. Provides general and specialist inpatient, outpatient, emergency, surgical and intensive care services, hosts clinical training for the university's medicine, pharmacy, dentistry and nursing students, and runs clinical pharmacy and hospital pharmacy services alongside clinical research.
