Konapharma is a privately owned Swiss contract manufacturing organization, a member of the Rhenopharma Group alongside allpack ag, focused on producing solid dosage forms, specializing in MUPS (multi-unit pellet systems), tablets and other retard forms. The company also holds a special permit to handle and process controlled substances such as narcotics and offers a proprietary long-acting methylphenidate formulation, with blistering and packaging services spanning high-volume blistering as well as difficult-to-pack special packaging needs such as inhalation capsules.
